		<description>Problem is always time.. I posted this March 24th this year its now August.. and still im not able to look deeply into both RoR and CakePHP.. So many plans in so little time.. : ) Im glad Mark you find RoR easy.. im interested on learning it.. i just dont have the spare time.</description>

		<description>I used cakephp before but I found it still incomplete in a number of areas even if they&#039;ve already labeled it as version 1.x.x. For one, it still doesn&#039;t support transactions unless you&#039;re willing to do lower level programming. I found it strange that they jumped to calling it 1.x when it was still lacking in so many places. That&#039;s when I decided to move to RoR and I&#039;ve never been happier since.

Why is learning Ruby (the language) a problem for you? I thought it was very fluid and easy to pick up. I was able to develop and deploy a business app within 3 weeks after I learned RoR.</description>
